This agreement is between Youth RC Club, the Parent/Guardian, and the Participant. We are excited to provide RC crawlers for kids who may not have their own. By signing below, you agree to:

Respect the Equipment – Treat the RC cars with care and follow all club rules when using them.

Rental Fee – A $15 rental fee is required to help cover normal wear and tear on the vehicles. This is payable below.

Understanding Breakage – We know that RC cars may break during normal use. The rental fee helps us maintain and repair equipment so all kids can enjoy them.

Responsibility – Any intentional misuse or neglect of the RC car may result in loss of rental privileges.
